So, what life-changing decisions did you make at the age of 7?

For most of us, we were still trying to decide between becoming an astronaut or a ballerina. But in the days leading up to her 8th birthday, then-7-year-old Mandi Simon decided she wanted to help other kids. So in 2011, she founded her own non-profit!

Chilton Running Club is thrilled to announce our charity partner for our first event of the ’18-’19 school year is Simon Says Give!

Led by teenagers, Simon Says Give engages kids that want to be involved in philanthropy and provides them with the opportunity to be involved in the giving. Their primary effort is to provide birthday celebrations to children who would otherwise not be able to celebrate the day their special day. They also hold the world record for stuffing 8,148 backpacks (in 8 hours!) for kids in need.

Our goal with our first event of the 2018-2019 season is to provide FORTY birthday parties for kids who wouldn’t otherwise have a party.

Be here tomorrow night at 7:00 EDT sharp for the event announcement and let’s help Simon Says Give provide some special days!
